I wrote this song decades ago, when my son was born, worried about pollution and the world he would grow up in.
The song was archived for years and I brought it out of retirement not long ago, realising that, sadly, its subject matter is still relevant today.
This is our land — it’s up to us to either preserve or ruin it.
Ian Boardman’s sensitive guitar playing enhances the mood of the song, as does his painstaking editing and mixing; thanks, Ian!
